History

Thirteen years ago, the Kayenta Fourth of July Rodeo was established to bring the Best All Indian Rodeo to Kayenta on a patriotic weekend. Over the past three years, Kayenta has sent its Event Rodeo Champions to the International Indian Finals Rodeo (I.I.F.R.) as an automatic qualifier to compete for a World Championship. It is truly the best All Indian Rodeo, "Bar None."
